My Answer Machine is an ’80s-inspired comedy that follows the journey of a mad scientist as he navigates his way back to reality.

In this project, I was responsible for designing beer cans that captured an authentic 1980s aesthetic. After collaborating closely with the director and art director, we chose to draw inspiration from iconic brews like Red White & Blue and Carlsberg Special Brew.
Developing the labels and crafting a realistic look for the cans was a creative and rewarding process.
From experimenting with vintage colour schemes and typography to adding subtle, era-specific details, this project allowed me to fully immerse myself in the style and design of the ’80s.
